Want to be Spiritually Buff?
First you must have a relationship with God.
God created the world, and at first everything was good. But now because God gave us free
will, we all make wrong choices and commit wrong actions. The Bible calls this sin, and sin separates us from God.
We all want to feel good about ourselves, but we only experience true meaning when we connect with our Creator.
God loves you very much and wants you to love Him in return; therefore, what you could not do
through your own efforts, God the Son, Jesus, did by coming to earth to die on the cross for you.
And God proved that He accepted Jesus' death as the way to life by raising Him from the dead.
So Jesus is the only way to the Father. (John 14:6)
There are 3 steps to take to connect with God:
- Admit you are a sinner and turn away from your sin - John 8:11
- Believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sin and rose again - John 1:29
- Receive (ask) Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Here is a prayer that you can use to find your way and receive Jesus Christ as your Savior:
" Lord Jesus, thank you for showing me how much I need You. Thank You for dying
on the cross for me. Please forgive all my failures and sins of the past. Make me clean and help me to start fresh
with You. I now receive You into my life as my Savior and Lord. Help me to love and serve You with all my heart.
Amen."
